Services
Six engagements, every one of them scoped and priced before you buy. Start with the strategy call if you are not sure which of them fits — the $250 is credited against whatever you buy afterward.
-
Opportunity Assessment
$1,000
per solicitation
You send me one solicitation number. I send back a two-page written verdict — bid, no-bid, or bid with conditions — with the reasoning behind it and the specific conditions that would change the answer.
You can pay $1,000 for a no. Most consultants are paid to find a reason to bid.
-
Strategy Call
$250
60 minutes
One hour on the phone about your firm, your capabilities, and what federal work is realistically available to you. You leave with a written recap and a named next step, and the $250 comes off anything you book afterward.
It is paid, so you get an honest no instead of a pitch, and the $250 is credited against anything you book afterward.
-
Capability Statement
$750
flat
A one-page capability statement written the way a contracting officer reads one — company data block, core competencies stated as capabilities, past performance in a citable format, and differentiators that are actually differentiating. Delivered as a tagged, accessible PDF and an editable source file.
Written by someone who reads these from the buyer's side, not a designer filling in a template.
-
Federal Accelerator
$2,500
flat
The whole positioning sequence in one engagement — SAM registration with UEI and CAGE, NAICS and PSC selection built on what the government actually buys, set-aside eligibility, past performance framing, and the capability statement that comes out of all of it.
Ends with a submitted offer, not a certificate. Calendar time depends on SAM validation, which nobody controls.
-
Proposal Support
$2,500+
per bid
Compliance and review on a response you are already committed to. I build the compliance matrix, map Sections L and M to an annotated outline, and score your draft against the evaluation criteria the way the board will. Your people write the technical content; I make sure it is compliant, responsive, and scoreable.
Scored against the evaluation criteria, not the statement of work. Most losing proposals answer the requirement and ignore the scoring.
-
Pipeline Retainer
$3,000/mo
3 month minimum
Ongoing pipeline work for a firm that bids continuously rather than occasionally. I source and screen opportunities against criteria we set together, give you a ranked shortlist with a recommendation on everything that clears the screen, and run the pre-RFP capture work that decides bids before they are published.
Full assessments are still $1,000 separately. The retainer buys speed, not a discount.
Not sure which one you need?
That is what the strategy call is for. Sixty paid minutes on your specific situation, and the $250 comes off whatever you buy next.
